Christmas & New Year Delivery Schedule
PlusPets will remain open over Christmas and New Year for you to place your orders.
Please note the office will be closed on the 24th - 27th December & the 31st December - 2nd January. During this time anything that requires urgent attention please email us at: [email protected]. We will continue to monitor our emails. Any voicemails left will be received and responded to within office hours.
Due to the Bank Holidays and DHL being closed, whilst we continue to process and pack your orders, delivery time will be extended. Please see below delivery estimates based on DHL’s scheduled opening times.
Please note due to the volume of parcels that will build up in DHL’s network orders placed that are due for delivery between Christmas and New Year may not arrive till after New Year due to delays outside of our control.

*Please note orders placed on Wednesday 21st after 2pm and Thursday 22nd before 2pm will be dispatched and scheduled for delivery on the 23rd December. However due to the volume of parcels in the DHL network leading up to Christmas your delivery may be delayed till the 28th December.
