Unwins Beetroot Detroit 2 Organic

Organically produced. A most reliable old favourite! An easy to grow variety which is perfect for beginners. Yields good crops of roots with great colour and flavour. Perfect for adding to salads raw, pickling and baking. Ensure seedlings are at least 10cm/4in apart when thinning out to get good sizeds beets. Twist the tops off the roots when harvesting rather than cutting them to prevent bleeding.
