Grow your own golden self blanching celery. Crispy texture and flavour. Sowing Time: March - April Sowing Instructions: Fill seed tray with moist seed compsot. Sow seeds thinly over the surface and lightly cover with more compost. Place in the warm and keep moist. Transplanting: When seedlings are large enough to handle, move to 5cm (3inc) pots filled with potting compost. Planting Out: Gradually accustom the plants to new conditions outside for 2-3 weeks before fully planting out onto flat land. Aftercare: Keep well watered and remove any side shoots from base of plant. Harvest: August - November
