Important: All products marked as frozen are delivered directly to you by our specialist frozen-food supplier. They do not pass through the PlusPets warehouse.
Frozen delivery is included in the price
The price shown for each frozen product includes its frozen delivery service. There is no separate frozen-delivery charge.
Frozen and non-frozen products arrive separately
If your order contains both frozen products and products dispatched by PlusPets, the order will be split into separate deliveries. The parcels may be dispatched and arrive at different times.
The £39 PlusPets free-delivery threshold
Frozen products do not count towards the £39 free-delivery threshold for products dispatched by PlusPets. Only the value of eligible non-frozen products fulfilled by PlusPets counts towards that total.
For example, an order containing £20 of PlusPets-dispatched products and £100 of frozen products has not reached the £39 PlusPets free-delivery threshold. Frozen delivery is still included, but the normal delivery charge applies to the PlusPets-dispatched part of the order.
Dispatch cut-off
- Orders placed before 5pm Monday to Thursday are dispatched the following working day.
- Orders placed after 5pm Monday to Thursday are treated as orders placed on the next working day.
- Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on Monday.
Frozen orders are not dispatched at weekends.

We are unable to offer frozen delivery to Northern Ireland or to the following postcode areas:
- KW15–KW17
- GY1–GY10
- JE1–JE5
- ZE1–ZE3
- IM1–IM9, IM86 and IM87
- BT1–BT94
- IV45
- PO30–PO41
- KA28
