Rokers Sunflower Hearts, also known as white sunflower seeds, are bakery grade kernels produced from black oil sunflower seeds. This means they are from the sunflower which contains the highest levels of oil and therefore energy rather than the confectionery grade hearts which are mainly taken from medium and large striped sunflower seeds. Our sunflower hearts are also put through a sortex machine which uses lasers to colour detect any black husk still remaining, producing a uniform and totally husk free sample.

Calciworms / Chinese Dried Black Soldier Fly Larvae - are similar to dried mealworms but with even greater nutritional value. They are high in insectivorous proteins as well as being an excellent source of calcium, containing roughly twenty to forty times more calcium than other dried insects. Calcium is essential for wild birds to improve both bone and feather strength and aid egg production. Calciworms can be fed to your garden birds all year round. Given their high protein and fat content, they are especially beneficial during winter, when it is harder for birds to find enough food.
