The Krill Active was formed in 2014, as a means to increase the attraction of the humble boilie during Sticky’s annual jaunts to Lac de St Cassien. It was kept under wraps for many years, with batches being rolled in secret until it was perfected and released as a product in 2020. Following its incredible impact over standard baits, we are delighted to introduce the new Krill Active Shelf Life, which undergoes the same processes as the freezer version. Utilising special machinery, liquids are pumped into the bait, which is then combined with powders to create a durable, yet super soluble and attractive paste wrap. Once submerged in water, this outer coating breaks down slowly, releasing levels of attraction that far surpass that of a standard boilie. Thanks to our use of pure liquids, with high natural salt content, our Krill Active Shelf Life boilies are as close to fresh as we can possibly make them, with minimal preservatives, while still retaining their useability and ease of storage with no need to freeze. They are the biggest step forward in off-the-shelf bait for decades! Our Active baits have out fished standard boilies on every instance, due to their abundance of ammino acids which create a natural feeding trigger for carp!

Designed to replicate our Krill boilies, the Krill Dumbells are made using the same base-mix, only with added soluble attractors. As an added bonus, each dumbell is encapsulated in an extra soluble coating to maximise their leakage and attraction. The Krill Dumbells make an ideal alternative hookbait for fishing over the Krill Active Mix and Krill Pellets. As well as this, they are a superb choice for stalking and short sessions as the fast-acting coating maximises the instant attraction of these hookbaits.

Designed to replicate our Krill boilies, these dumbell-shaped hookbaits sink slowly under the weight of your hook. By using a semi-buoyant bait, your rig becomes even easier for a carp to suck in and become hooked. The dumbell shape wafters are ideal for use alongside pellets or fished over a mix of chopped baits and small food items. Anglers can customise these hookbaits if they so wish by using The Krill Bait Spray as well as items in our Pure Naturals range.

Krill is one of the most nutritional micro-organisms known to man, and the Krill Powder we use is 100% pure meaning it is full of pulling power. It makes a great addition to base mixes as well as groundbaits, spod mixes, PVA bags and paste. Due to its buoyant nature, small particles will rise from your mix once you add some Krill Powder. This makes it the ideal supplement to a PVA bag mix, ensuring your bag will flutter down to the bottom and settle on top of any debris while still pumping out active attraction through the water column.

Orange is a very underused yet deadly colour, and when it is combined with the classic mixture of Peach Melba and pure black pepper essential oil, you have one of the deadliest hookbaits around. Upon opening a tub, you are greeted with a lovely fruity smell, with an ever so slight hint of warm pepper. This attractor package has proven time and time again to be a great big carp catcher, and not only that, it has a great track record for producing the goods right through the year. Each year, a multitude of big, sought after carp fall to these hookbaits, they certainly have a knack of picking out the larger ones! Peach & Pepper Pop-Ups are super buoyant and will stay up for days even when pierced. The small 12mm hookbaits are ideal for Zigs or Snowmen, while the larger 16mm hookbaits are ideal for the Ronnie rig as well as Chod and Hinge rigs.

No bait range would be complete without a classic yellow Pineapple & N’Butyric hookbait range! Pineapple pop-ups have been around for decades and are highly regarded as one of the best carp catchers of all time. The secret behind their success lies within the combination of the esters in the pineapple flavouring and the N’Butyric acid itself. The combination causes a pH shift in the water, due to their highly soluble nature, this means they are instantly attractive to any passing carp. Even in the lowest of water temperatures, these hookbaits are like a beacon of attraction. Pineapple & N’Butyric Pop-Ups are super buoyant and will stay up for days even when pierced. Mulbz are based on an all-time classic flavour combination, accountable for singling out some of the UK’s largest carp. Designed to replicate our outstanding Bloodworm boilies, these pop-ups have been designed to be very user friendly and buoyant. They are completely needle friendly, even in the smaller 12mm size, which are ideal for subtle presentations such as Zigs or Snowmen. The larger, 16mm hookbaits, are more suited to Chod or Hinge rigs as well as the ever-popular Ronnie/Spinner rig. Utilising only the finest ingredients, results in a rich deep-red paste with a potent aroma. The paste of course compliments the Krill range perfectly, with the addition of a natural preservative at the optimum level which pro-longs the life of this bait for the angler’s convenience. Pulling power and attraction are optimised thanks to a specifically fast breakdown time which makes the Krill Paste an ideal product to wrap around your hookbaits. Furthermore, it can be used in its own right, and, by using it with mesh you can make it last a bit longer. Not just limited to carp angling, Krill Paste can be used for all manner of coarse species and is particularly useful on rivers for chub and barbel.

Designed to replicate Manilla Active Boilies, these toughened bottom baits have been made using the same base-mix as the normal bottom baits, but with the inclusion of extra binders. This creates a much tougher alternative to using the freebies on the hair yet maintains that all important match the hatch appearance. Each hookbait is coated in a super soluble paste wrap, which is designed to match the freezer baits perfectly. Once submerged, the coating breaks down into a halo of attraction around the ultra-tough hookbait at the core, even in the coldest of water temperatures.

The Manilla is the ultimate in year-round boilies; using not only nuts but refined milk proteins and bird-foods. Peanuts are a classic bait, carp can literally become addicted to them, however they are very high in fat and as such should only be used in small quantities. However, thanks to a unique peanut protein, which is partially defatted, Manilla can be used in large quantities all year round. For the ultimate in customisation, we supply Manilla Base Mix, along with the matching liquid food, so you can roll this classic bait at home. Designed to complement the boilie range, Manilla Pellets undergo a two-stage coating process which ensures they are constantly leaking attraction into the water column. Utilising a significant amount of peanut protein, as well as high levels of soluble milk proteins the pellets release small particles up from the lakebed drawing fish in from above. Use as part of a spod mix, or on their own, with no limit to their use. By using liquid attractants along with the pellets, you can use them with method feeders with ease.
